Founder and President
Shannon Blair Tulloss is the founder and lead investigator of Shannon Tulloss Investigations, a full‑service, woman‑owned private investigations firm based in Southern California. Licensed in California since 1997, Shannon brings over 35 years of investigative experience, offering expert services to legal professionals, the entertainment industry, insurance carriers, and high-profile clients nationwide.

- Cyber Intelligence Investigator (CII) and Certified Open-Source Investigator. We use OSINT, SOCINT, and HUINT research techniques that are rooted in the highest industry standards, at the forefront of modern investigations with next-generation technology and resources.
- We specialize in social media investigations, forensic genealogy, asset tracing, corporate investigations, and missing persons cases.
- Offers tailored investigative solutions, including background and vetting services, court filings support, surveillance, consultation, and mass tort/class-action investigations.
- Serves clients in Los Angeles, Ventura Counties, and beyond with discretion and empathy.
Leadership & Community Engagement
- Former Governor of the California Association of Licensed Investigators (C.A.L.I.), the largest P.I. organization internationally, chaired the Newly Licensed Investigator training program.
- Active member of professional associations, including NALI (National Association of Legal Investigators), SCFIA (Southern California Fraud Investigators’ Association), and Intellenet.
- Gives back through community service—volunteering with Santa Clarita Valley Hospice and supporting work against elder fraud and abuse.
- Active volunteer at the Huntington Library and Bonsai Garden, working on their internationally regarded Bonsai trees.
- Elected as the Central Coast District Director of the California Association of Licensed Investigators.
Personal & Educational Background
- Holds a bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies with a focus in Psychology from The Master’s University, with ongoing professional development in legal and investigative practices.
- Married for over 30 years and a proud mother of two sons, one of whom is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran—Shannon’s personal journey informs her empathic, client-centered approach.
